The cover has then been redirected to MANAGUA and was still unable to be delivered with large 'INFORME DEL CARTERO No. 4' printed form attached to reverse signed with MANAGUA cds. The cover was then marked 'Rebut' with 'Return to Sender' HAND marking with various other markings & cds's. Interesting cover.
