1294 Uruguay 1932 ADVERTISING: 3c green 'Artigas' issue on large advertising label with six different adverts. The stamp is perforated 'CIDA' through the label and cancelled by light EXTERIOR CORREOS DEL URUGUAY cds of Montevideo.
