Addressed to 'Herrn Siegfried Petersen, Consulado Alemania, 9 Julio. 180 Cordoba, Argentina' with 'Graf Spee' endorsement in red crayon added on arrival at the consulate. Censored with various small censor marks and CORDOBA arrival mark on reverse. Siegfried Petersen was a corporal in the 8th Division machine corps aboard the Graf Spee and was interned in the Villa Belgrano area of Cordoba Province.
