Complete folded letter with manuscript 'S.P.' (Servicio Publico) at top sent by the Justice of the Peace of Nepomuceno in Minas Gerais state from POMBA with fine strike of straight line 'POMBA' marking in black. Addressed to the 'Presidente de la Provincia de Minas Gerais' in OURO PRETO with straight line boxed 'BARBACENA' transit mark in blackish brown on front. Very fine for these with no toning at all.
