Complete folded letter with manuscript 'S.P.' (Servicio Publico) at top sent by the Justice of the Peace of Aguape in Minas Gerais state carried by hand to LAVRAS where the letter was posted with fine strike of straight line 'LAVRAS' marking in black. Addressed to OURO PRETO. Very fine for these with no toning at all. Scarce. (RHM #P-MG-32)
