4d blue on creamy white EVII postal stationery envelope (H&G C4) used with added 1902 1d carmine EVII issue (SG 71) tied by two fine strikes of BOLO cds dated DEC 23 1908 with manuscript 'Bolo 282' registration marking alongside. Addressed to UK with transit & arrival marks on reverse. A very scarce origination.
