Addressed locally with good strike of framed 'CONDUCCION 2 CTS A DOMICILIO' instructional mark in purple on front. This was applied to pay for the delivery to the recipients home during a short period from May 1895 to January 1896 due to industrial action by the postal staff. Scarce.
