2c greenish blue on deep yellow postal stationery card (H&G 10) with lovely ornate printed design on reverse of for the 1894 'Exposition de Minera y Metalurgia' (Mining Exhibition) depicting the Chilean Pavilion from the 1889 Paris Exhibition.
