Complete folded letter franked with 1856 5c red & 10c blue 'Estancos' printing, both fine impressions with generally good margins (SG 19 & 24a) tied by 'CANCELLED' in bars cancels in black with SANTIAGO cds in red alongside dated 10 NOV 1861. Addressed to AREQUIPA, PERU with manuscript 'Vapor' at top sent via the coastal sea route. A very attractive cover.
