Flown on the Santiago - Mendoza - Buenos Aires' first flight with SANTIAGO transit cds's on reverse dated 12 AUG and 13 AUG. This flight eventually left on the 15th August 1929. Addressed to UK with fine strike of the boxed 'PRIMER CORREO AEREO DIRECTO CHILE - EUROPA AGOSTO DE 1929' first flight cachet on reverse (this was only applied to mail address to Europe) with PARIS arrival cds dated 27 AUG 1929 on reverse.
