50c red 'Provisional' issue, perf 13½, a side marginal block of twenty one used with multiple strikes of purple ENCOMIENDAS MEDELLIN cds in purple dated MAY 27 1920 and each stamp has an additional punched hole to invalidate it. Most probably from a large insured parcel or parcel form. A rare multiple. (SG 389A)
