Addressed to USA and taxed on arrival with circular 'T' and NY DUE 6c 'Opera Glass' TAX marking on front with added strip of three 1894 2c lake 'Postage Due' issue applied and cancelled with blue crayon. Cover has HAVANA transit cds and USA arrival mark on reverse. Very scarce. Ex Kouri.
