2c carmine 'Map' issue with '1917 GOB CONSTITUCIONAL CAMAGUEY' overprint of the 'La Chambelona' revolution where Liberal forces attempted to take over the government but were only successful in Camaguey for the period 11th Feb - 26th Feb 1917 before being defeated.
