Addressed to 'Senor Nicolas Eisner P.B. 218, London, E.C.1' which was the undercover address for the Belgian Army in exile. Censored in transit with 'OPENED BY EXAMINER 4581' P.C.90 censor strip at left and forwarded on arrival to '4 Chandos St Leamington Spa' with USA transit marks on reverse. Very scarce.
