Complete folded letter datelined 'St Georges 8th June 1823' and additionally dated on front '9th June 1823'. Addressed to 'Limlair Estate, Carriacou' endorsed 'P. Hillsborough, Capt Nelson' (the name of the vessel & captain that transported the letter between the two islands). The letter its self is interesting giving details of the writer's journey back from Carriacou. Some small faults and aging as to be expected but a very scarce early inter-island letter.
