Cover franked with 1886 1c blue 'Quetzal' issue (SG 43a) and 1899 1c lilac rose REVENUE issue with '1899' overprint (Guatemala Fiscal Handbook #R114) both tied by octagonal GUATEMALA cds dated FEB 22 1899. Addressed locally. The cover is repaired at top right and the 1c pink has faults but a good looking item. Rare.
