1c black & red lilac 'Exposition' postal stationery card (H&G 11A) with bogus 'SERVICIO INTERNO' overprint in red 'used' with added 1898 2c on 1c magenta 'Revenue' SURCHARGE issue (SG 91) tied by octagonal GUATEMALA cds dated DIC 19 1899. Addressed locally within Guatemala City. No message on reverse. This overprint was privately produced by 'Sr Saureck', but some cards such as this one were known to have passed through the mail service.
