Red on white postal stationery formular card (H&G 7) used with added 1882 3c grey bistre on buff 'Liberty Head' issue (SG 12) tied by PORT-AU-PRINCE cds dated 15 FEB 1887 with second strike alongside. Addressed to FRANCE with transit & arrival marks on front & reverse. Light water stain at right but otherwise a very scarce item in used condition.
