5c deep green on greenish PERFORATED 'Liberty Head' issue a good IMPERF BETWEEN HORIZONTAL PAIR used with PORT-AU-PRINCE cds's dated 28 JUIL 1886. Stamps have a few rough perfs but otherwise very scarce. (SG 16a)
