Cover franked with 1931 2 x 1c sepia and 2 x 2c carmine (SG 319/320) all with 'Signature Control' overprints and additionally overprinted with largecircular AMAPALA 'Arms' control overprint in blue prior to being attached to the cover, all tied by purple 'Flag' roller cancels with AMAPALA cds dated 12 DIC 1933 alongside. Addressed to USA. A very rare control mark.
