Indian 1½a deep purple on buff GVI postal stationery envelope (H&G B18) used with added India 1940 1a carmine GVI issue (SG 268) on reverse, both cancelled by fine strikes of 'DUBAI' & wavy lines cds cancel. Sent airmail to INDIA with blue & white airmail label and arrival cds on reverse. Very scarce.
