Cover franked with 1914 5c dull red REVENUE issue authorised for postage (SG CT36) used with O.P.A. No. 85 F.C.I. M. cds dated 7 JUN 1914 (Travelling post office on the Ferrocarril Internacional Mexicano). Addressed to TAMPICO unclaimed and forwarded to SALTILLO where the cover was still unclaimed and subsequently returned with purple 'REZAGOS' marking and black & white 'Eagle' OFFICIAL SEAL tied & split across opening with various LISTA and transit cds's on reverse. Some peripheral faults as to be expected.
