3c red brown 'Fourth Period' EAGLE issue with '71 - 1865' Invoice No. & 'MEXICO' district overprint all in black. A superb unused four margin example. An exceptionally rare stamp, only 2400 were printed. Small fault at lower left but otherwise a superb looking copy. (SG 30, Follansbee #34)
