5c blue postal stationery envelope (UPSS #E61, H&G B51) used with added 1899 15c purple & lavender (SG 271) tied by TLAXIACO cds's dated 23 DIC 1900 with circular 'AR' marking alongside and fine printed red on white registration label with 'Tlaxiaco' added in manuscript. Addressed to VERACRUZ with arrival cds on reverse. Very attractive.
