Cover franked with single 10c greenish blue & light blue (SG 627) with two 'Art Deco' CINDERELLA labels alongside inscribed 'PLAN SEXENAL LAZARO CARDENAS 1934-1940', the green label also inscribed 'TOURISMO' with a stylised car image and the brown one inscribed 'ECONOMIA NACIONAL PLANTAS INDUSTRIALES' with a factory image one is tied along with stamp by MEXICO D.F. cds dated MAY 1939. Addressed to CANADA. These labels were produced as propaganda for the six year plan of General Lazaro's government. Very attractive.
