Undated illustrated 'Jewellery & Watch Seller' cover franked with single 1916 10c blue 'Carranza's Triumphal Entry into Mexico City' issue (SG 359) apparently not accepted for payment of postage with hand drawn boxed 'T' in pencil and straight line 'NO FRANQUEADO' marking in purple with 'Devuelta al remitente' HAND cachet alongside pointing to indicate return to sender. Addressed to VERACRUZ. Very unusual.
