10c red violet postal stationery lettercard (H&G A38, UPSS #46d) used with added 1934 block of four 1c orange & pair 30c scarlet on front and block of four 1935 10c vermilion 'Insured Letter' issue on reverse (SG 561, 568 & IN583) all tied by NUEVO LAREDO cds's dated 16 FEB 1937 with boxed registration marking in purple on reverse and red 'Starburst' OFFICIAL SEAL folded over the edge tied by oval CORRESPONDENCIA REGISTRADAS NUEVO LAREDO cancels in violet. Addressed to FRANCE with arrival cds on front. The card is still sealed and does not appear to have a message inside but a nice franking.
