Addressed to MONTERREY and censored with printed red on white 'REVISADO POR EL CENSOR' censor strip at bottom. The cover was unclaimed with various markings inc straight line 'No reclamado' & 'REZAGOS' on front and MONTERREY LISTA cds's on reverse.
