5c blue 'Arms' postal stationery envelope with 'B Dpto Zelaya' handstamp in black (H&G MB7) for use in the Coastal Provinces of Zelaya used with oval BLUEFIELDS cancel in blue dated 3 JAN 1914. Addressed locally to 'Casa Alemana, Bluefields'. Believed to be the latest known use of this envelope. Very fine & very scarce.
