10c dull violet postal stationery envelope (H&G B41) used with good strike of oval AGENCIA POSTAL DE BUENOS AIRES oval cancel dated SEPT 1898. Addressed to USA with RIVAS, CORINTO & GRANADA oval transit marks and USA arrival cds's on reverse. Envelope has a couple of vertical creases but a very rare origination at this early date.
