Cover franked with single 1933 3c light blue with 'Signature' overprint in blue and with 'J A Lopez' Postmaster's Signature validating the stamp after a large theft of stamps from the Treasury on November 16th 1935 (SG 780) tied by BLUEFIELDS cds dated DIC 21 1935 with second strike alongside. Addressed to USA. Only three 'J A Lopez' covers are recorded in the definitive 1999 article on these issues by B Byerley. Very rare.
