50c red 'Seebeck' MAP official issue dated '1897' with watermark. A good used copy from the original printing used with part LEON cds and straight line 'Managua' handstamp in violet. This marking was applied to stamps which were affixed to New Year Greetings cards distributed by the Postmaster General. Scarce. (SG O118B)
