2c black on yellow buff postal stationery card of Colombia (H&G 13) used with PANAMA duplex cds dated 9 OCT 1896 with fine strike of small boxed 'BUZON PANAMA' marking alongside. Addressed to GERMANY with LONDON transit cds in red and German arrival cds all on front. The reverse just has a large manuscript number as the message.
