70c carmine on blue postal stationery card (H&G 13) used with added 1911 Half of 75c blue perforated diagonally and sold at 20c and 1925 1p green 'C' overprint issue (SG 217 & 273B) tied by two strikes of ITACURUBI DEL ROSARIO cds dated 24 JUL 1928. Addressed to GERMANY with transit marks on reverse. Note that this is the earliest know use of this card, previously recorded as3 April 1930. Very fine & scarce.
