Addressed to SAN PEDRO, ARGENTINA with BUENOS AIRES transit cds on front. Slight water stain at lower left but otherwise a fine & rare cover. 2001 Moorhouse certificate accompanies stating 'One of the few known covers addressed outside of Buenos Aires'. Ex Hubbard.
