Large part of heavy weight cover with manuscript 'Muestra sin valor Certificado' at top franked with 1892 20c vermilion and 30c pale green 'Portrait' issue (SG 48/49) tied by undated CORREOS PARAGUAY cds with fine strike of straight line 'COLONIA NUEVA GERMANIA' marking in black with boxed registration marking alongside. Addressed to GERMANY with arrival cds on reverse. Very unusual and rare to find from Nueva Germania.
