½p rose 'Arms' issue with wavy lines ERROR OF COLOUR, a fine lightly used copy with four good to large margins. The stamp has a couple of small thins on reverse but is otherwise very attractive. Undoubtably the rarest stamp in Peruvian philately. 2021 RPSL certificate accompanies. (SG 4b)
