Green & black on white 'Arms' postal stationery card, prepared for use by the printer 'Rufino Flamenco' in June 1879 and put on sale for a short time at the national printing house before being withdrawn by the government in early July. A fine example with a couple of marks at lower left. Exceptionally rare. Only 19 cards are recorded across the four colours with only four recorded being printed in green.
