2d black on orange 'Provisional' issue, a superb unused corner block of six featuring three copies of overprint type 1 and three of type 2 including varieties 'NO STOP AFTER AFR' and 'DROPPED P IN PENCE'. Imperf with controllers initials in black on each stamp. The block has a little staining and a tiny 1mm tear at top right. A rare multiple of this issue. (SG 8, 8f, 9 & 9h)
