10c light blue, 10c orange red and 10c yellow green 'Artigas' Photogravure ESSAY stamps produced by 'Barreiro Y Ramos' from the engraved design of 1928. These were produced to show the comparison between local work and the recess issues printed by Waterlow & ABNCo. There were only 10 printed of each colour. Exceptionally rare.
