Registered censored cover franked with 1912 15c grey (SG 413) tied by indistinct cds sent from THREE RIVERS, MASS. Addressed to a soldier in BOLESTAW, GALICIA (Poland) and censored by the French authorities with the original censor docket listing 'avec un dollar' that there was a dollar in the envelope and that it was removed with 'OSCAR 2' control handstamp on the docket and on the reverse of the cover. The cover has various transit marks on reverse, French censor strip at right and the original letter is enclosed. Very unusual and rare to get the original censor docket.
