10c blue on greenish postal stationery card (H&G 3) datelined 'Caracas 27 Enero 91' on reverse used with CARACAS cds dated 26 ENE 1891 (January) on front. Addressed internally to MARACAIBO but routed via CURACAO with CURACAO cds dated 23.1 1891 on reverse. An unusual coastal routing, which was likely on a Dutch ship which resulted in the stop at Curacao.
