Cover franked with 1967 4b+2b 'Kennedy' issue with 'JORDAN RELIEF FUND' overprint (SG R261) on front and three strikes of the 1967 10b violet 'YEMEN AIRPOST' provisional handstamp issue on reverse (SG R135c, these handstamps were occasionally applied directly onto the envelope) all tied by CAMP MANSUR cds's in black with blue boxed 'QARA' registration marking on front crossed out with 'CAMP MANSUR (QARA) registration marking applied above in red. Addressed to USA with fine strike of boxed 'DELAYED IN TRANSIT THROUGH ENEMY ACTION' cachet in red on front and USA arrival cds on reverse. Very rare.
